No refunds will be allowed

It is the responsibility of the purchaser and anyone attending as a result of this purchase (hereafter ATTENDEES) to educate themselves on the current federal, state, local, and facility requirements and/or guidelines and to follow said guidelines at all times during the event.

ATTENDEES acknowledge that the Northern California Convention of Narcotics Anonymous is a voluntarily attended event. ATTENDEES forever release NCRSO, Inc., from any and all liabilities, causes of action, lawsuits, claims, demands, or damages of any kind whatsoever resulting from your voluntary attendance of the Northern California Convention of Narcotics Anonymous event.
